What are some of the best things about your team?

Super kind, empathetic, and always treat each other as humans first. Care about each other and our goals, highly mission aligned. Also fun and super interesting, diverse backgrounds and experiences.

What makes you most happy at work?

Love seeing our mission come to fruition with impact and reality (e.g. trials enrolling faster, uncovering nuance and new areas to improve enrollment, making sites lives better, better support global trials and availability of trials) + learning new things

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Empathetic, care, and driven to common goals. Team focused, drives results without letting hierarchy or bureaucracy get in the way. Open to feedback and "not getting it right every time." Deeply trust the Founder leadership - smart, with more forethought and longterm planning than I've ever seen.
