Working remote and everyone's personalities. The company culture is great and everyone is genuine, not fake or showy.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being remote, then having a role in the company to make employees happy by resolving their issues or improving processes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary was competitive to the market, but the health plan and costs is excellent. The other benefits including the stock options are a good perk.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The employees are great and very good to work with. The company values are awesome and you can see Reify Health wants to make a difference. Glad to work here.
