Everyone is very nice and passionate about what problems we are solving. Working as a fully remote workforce can be challenging at times and makes some things move slower than they could.

Everyone is passionate about what we do and there is a lot of engagement on company meetings / slack channels
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's hard being remote and connecting with everyone on a deeper level. Would love to see regular off-sites and in person get togethers happen every quarter to foster friendship and collaboration.
