We, collectively, have a high degree of talent/skill, and a low degree of ego/hubris.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like several things: * They are transparent about the state of the organization * They have an extremely lucid vision for our products * They generally care about the well-being of the individuals in our company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are lots of things that go into this: base salary, health benefits, equity plans, PTO, other perks, but the best things for me are 1) the generous equity package, and 2) the company paid health benefit premiums for employees.
