Freedom to suggest ideas, implement work, and lead initiatives with people who trust my expertise and want to collaborate on projects.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the work I do and the people I get to engage with everyday.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health benefits are amazing; premiums are fair and options are plentiful, and the PTO policy is amazing. Thank you
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do their best to engage with the day to day running of the organization and believe in the employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They genuinely care about me; we all want each other to succeed and will do whatever we can to help one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The gratitude channel and the random channel demonstrate our culture really well. I appreciate the way people show up for meetings, summits, lunch-n-learns, and town halls -- this demonstrates engagement.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am doing work that I love to do with people who are equally excited about their work. I feel that my skills and contributions are helping to move the organization forward.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The teams I interact with are helpful, engaging, personable, smart, and willing do what it takes to get the job done. I've been in meetings where we've all volunteered to take on a task!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is good, the flex PTO is great, and the benefits are in line with other organizations. The People Team strives to find and offer a plethora of benefits to fit the many needs of our diverse employee population.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a remote first organization and still, most employees attend optional all employee meetings and events, and contribute to our slack channels. This creates an environment where I feel known and welcome. People allocate time in meetings to catch up while still attending to the work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team took the time to meet me during the interview process and again when I started. (This did not include the CEO/founders). The asked questions and seemed to genuinely be interested in my perspective and ideas. They offered their time and availability should I need to reach out.
