My experience has been great, I am sad that it took me so long to make the switch to Reify. Everyone is supportive and wants you to be successful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel leadership practices transparency, authenticity, and emotional intelligence.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people, and the culture. I had no clue how much stress and anxiety I was holding onto at my previous employer. Literally individuals I have not seen since I started with Reify tell me I seem happier.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working together! I have never experienced so many individuals working towards the same goal. Blame doesn't get casted over others, and individuals are recognized for their work towards the bigger picture. I free I can say with absolutely certainty everyone is here for the correct reasons.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my manager, I could not have been paired with someone better! Truly she is a great manager and instructor, I feel like she is setting the stage for me to be successful. As fare as others, I love the other CTL I support, there is a genuine want to work as partners!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO, although I am only taken one day off it is still extremely comforting knowing that when I need more I can ask for it. There isn't this pressure of needing more or needing to use it by a certain time. It shows trust in us as employees to not abuse PTO and I truly appreciate that!
