Solving problems for my team to help them work better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone one wants to help to complete our mission to make clinical trials better
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good total comp, health insurance costs have increased but the cost was not pushed back to the employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency has been very good. Decisions are explained and open for discussion vs being told the decision and made to deal with it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The willingness to help, EVERYONE is happy to help if asked. I have never seen it before in my career. Usually someone will tell you to go bother someone else but not here.
