My overall experience at Reify Health has been incredible. I really enjoy my work, my team and the mission. The culture is transparent and there is no bureaucratic "noise" to deal with.

I just find that Reify is an incredibly great company that has wonderful people that want to make a difference with the technology we produce.

It's the least political team I've ever worked with

I though the constant communication of where we were in the process was great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership team is very Transparent with what we're are going and where we are heading
What is the best part about your compensation package?
we have flexible PTO and find this a great perk to balance personal and work commitments
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our mission allows us to be centered around a common good. That in itself allows for positivity.
What makes you most happy at work?
Our mission is incredible and knowing that my co-workers are here to work towards achieving that mission is just inspiring.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe that it's extremely competitive and the equity piece is great as every employee can own a piece of the company!

Just the constant challenges of building a great company that's going to impact humankind and a great manager who always is supportive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very collaborative... everyone wants to see each other succeed which translates into the team winning. It's a great and supportive culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our values dictate the positivity in our culture. One of our values is "put the team first and assume good intentions". This to me set's the tone for a positive environment
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like the best about our leadership team is how transparent and willing to discuss anything with anyone. There is constant communication on what the company is doing and we celebrate wins and employees.
