What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

OT pushes for customers to go to the cloud, even when it has been proven that cloud providers overcharge as compared with on-prem. Customers are realizing the overpayments to cloud services and are starting to do cloud re-patriation. OT could benefit their customers by offering on-prem solutions.

It will never improve as long as the current CEO is in charge.

Customers are overwhelmed by what is offered to them.

Listen to employees, customers, and the market

Salaries need to be raised

Poor leadership and poorly managed organisation

LISTEN TO YOUR EMPLOYEES. Stop giving them smoke and mirrors when they ask for real action and change.

Fire the board and top executive team and bring in actual professional engineers.

Poor culture from upper management. Company is cheap and it effects the quality of their products
