They seem upbeat and competant
They are generally very approachable and transparent
Excellence delivered by them .
They follow CEO, everyone should say Yes, not No.
Modernizing our marketing organization. Current CMO has turned the ship around.
less communication not doing much for their employees
Work life balance and understanding of potential organization could achieve.
They do care about the people, but the execution isn’t great. Attrition is high and they haven’t done anything about
Communication is the thing I appreciate the most. We have many All-Hands calls
Socially aware and concerned about issues that may be important to employees
Friendly and understanding. Providing timely information.
Transparency with exploring and explaining demos for all work happening in the company.
A lot have worked through the business
Too much power is withheld at the executive level.
No micromanagement, i get to work on real problems as an intern
Since the pandemic they have really humanized their interaction with the company. There is much more care and intention behind decisions from the top down. Yes, growth of the business is first and foremost, but over the last few years, they have adapted to an employee focused company.
Well experienced in our industry and proven track record of looking after the company and the employees.

I like that the leadership team values that we all have lives and we're not living only for the company.
Innovate at top of the market, employee focused but not detrimental to the business
Doing pretty good so far.
Treat staff as adults, stop firing folks and hide it from the public.
Promoting an atmosphere where employees thrive instead of slowing strangling productivity in the rush for unclear goals disguised progress.
Being honest about what our customer needs are rather than getting onboard the woke social and political agenda's forced upon everyone.
Respect their employees, hire more employees to share the load and provide fair compensation.
Listen to the employees, take complains seriously, good leaders will always have good workers but if the leader is bad then the most passionate employee will leave as well. Stop hiring unethical and incompetent VPs.
Listen to employees and actually care about employee feedback. Stop being cheap.
listening to employees, stop lying/pretending to hear people
Concentrate on actual project objectives and get out of the woke business. Hire master engineers, not beginners who can't begin to understand how to put a bunch of disparate components together.
Wasted career for engineers by micromanage
Clean house of ineffective leaders
Stop micromanaging. Stop obsessing over processes. Stop imposing waterfall nonsense - it is killing innovation. Instead, empower low level managers to make decisions. Focus on customers. It all starts with replacing some of your top executives.
Listen to their direct reports.
Absolute shit. They don’t care about what matter
Stop micromanaging your employees (engineering is the worst under CPO) and empower them to make decisions they are capable of making. Replace CEO/CTO with two capable people and separate them into two separate leaders as they should be.
No hope there, very politics.

This company is all cover and paint. Their management is the worst, unethical people I have ever met. They are not reliable and working as a gang. If you want to progress, you have to be part of that fake team or your employment will be very short.

Realize that we are not living in the 20th century anymore.
