India seems to get more attention to create uplifting charitable projects than offices in the US. It is still positive, but negatively effects the US.
The people, they all feel the same
you only have to listen to the big blow hard a few times a year

Almost everyone is willing to make time to help someone new or starting out on a project
The ability to work from whereever
Individuals are great. Highly intelligent, genuinely want to achieve good results.
Motivation, Flexibility, Feedback sessions, Exploring products and projects
Everyone is happy in mood and happy to help.

I find that my colleagues are helpful without a single hint of "what, you don't know that?" There is a feeling that learning is good, and also that it's not "instant".
People are generally very friendly and will try to help you as much as possible
Work culture is relaxed, policies are employee friendly which was apparent and key when pandemic struck
My immediate team is positive, the rest of the company, including culture is woke and full of woke nonsense that has no place in our work environment.
A shared win win cultire
the task given to complete, when issues come across as the team members involvement make feel happy

I've built some relationships that I value. There's nothing about the company culture that I find useful.
Review from Customer Support Dept
The company does its best to keep a high morale with employees. There are lots of company wide events, volunteerism is encouraged and even facilitated through partnerships with non profit organizations.
Light hearted focus on helping customers

Events all the time with a kick for life

internnational team and different cultures

Flexibility of hours and when you come and go from the office. Although you are required to come into the office daily and management reviews monthly badge reports to make sure employees badge in daily
Review from Engineering Dept
Going above does not get rewarded, so you rarely see it. There's no accountability, so many have jobs and provide no benefit . It brings down all team morale.

Communication training especially in problem solving
Complete firmware upgrade required managers have destroyed what could and should be a good company
Value the employees more than the upper management and the Wall Street investors
HR should really find a way to communicate positivity instead of promising yearly layoffs. Performance reviews where a team is forced to single out under-performers (even though everyone is high-performing) just so those people can be fired later is terrible.
Get rid of leaders that force their social and political agenda's on employees.
Transfer a leader with good leadership qualities from HQ to singapore office.
Please hire a good VP - the current VP is dodgy and has no integrity.
Like many companies, staff can carry negativity and spread it... I have found that one negative mid-level manager or even a few individual contributors can "rub off" on others at OpenText. I don't think the culture is any better or worse than most.
The CPO, the CIO and some of their direct reports.
Better compensation.. less egotistical leadership
Fire the CEO and CPO
No hope here. They like to pay cheap
Review from IT Dept
fire the ceo now, no really now
Review from Sales Dept
Everyone needs to get paid fairly. I am, but that is not true for everyone.
