Awesome people and team. Too bad the executive team is so political, incompetent and by trying to handle way more than they can, get in the way of great innovation.

Stop micromanaging. Stop obsessing over processes. Stop imposing waterfall nonsense - it is killing innovation. Instead, empower low level managers to make decisions. Focus on customers. It all starts with replacing some of your top executives.
