I'm paid at least 25% below what I should be getting for my role. They have no bonus structure, equity, and pay raises have been nonexistent despite constant bragging about how well the company is doing.

Actualy explain how the buzz words of the moment are supposed to impact my job. Strategic vision has no relationship to my job function and no one from the CEO to my direct manager can articulate it. Leadership is an empty suit.
