20+ years of work, and I feel like I would have done better almost anywhere else.

They live in Canada, so are far, far away from me.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of useful direction, no concept of how my work is related to company success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I've built some relationships that I value. There's nothing about the company culture that I find useful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm paid at least 25% below what I should be getting for my role. They have no bonus structure, equity, and pay raises have been nonexistent despite constant bragging about how well the company is doing.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Actualy explain how the buzz words of the moment are supposed to impact my job. Strategic vision has no relationship to my job function and no one from the CEO to my direct manager can articulate it. Leadership is an empty suit.
