Fire the board and top executive team and bring in actual professional engineers.

My team is comprised of top level people who care about the quality of there work, more than they care about how poorly paid they are.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My immediate team is positive, the rest of the company, including culture is woke and full of woke nonsense that has no place in our work environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Concentrate on actual project objectives and get out of the woke business. Hire master engineers, not beginners who can't begin to understand how to put a bunch of disparate components together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The only reason I stay is the healthcare benefits are great. I also work with a great team for a decade, so as long as I stay in my bubble I'll deal with all the other nonsense until I retire!
