The new local sales VP is toxic. He is very self-centered and does not respect people. He instills a fear culture and is a very unethical person. Hiring such an incompetent person will only cause further damage to the business and he hires people who are mediocre and has bad reputation.

Do their job properly and not a sloppy work, be honest, take responsibility and accountability.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My ex manager underpaid me as he did not anticipate that i would have so much of passion for my job and am willing to do other scopes to ensure things are going smoothly.
