Hired a new local sales VP who is very unethical, incompetent, misuse his authority, dishonest, instill a fear culture. If he stays longer all the hardworking and ethical employers will leave and further damage the business. To make things worst he hires only mediocre locals who are dishonest too.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Please hire a good VP - the current VP is dodgy and has no integrity.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to the employees, take complains seriously, good leaders will always have good workers but if the leader is bad then the most passionate employee will leave as well. Stop hiring unethical and incompetent VPs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was underpaid when my manager hired me - he never thought that i would be so passionate about my work and the business. He never thought that i would go beyond my duties as some people in my office are always missing in action or they would do things for certain people only.
