They live out company values and are also open to sharing information. They don't come across as pretentious like some leadership teams I have worked for, they treat you as an equal and titles don't mean anything to them.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Faster decisions and letting managers have some decisions over money and team.
Proffesssionalism, respect employes schedule, do NOT be focus only on bonus.
Untrustworthy leadership. Several times there would be a commitment for improvements and they never followed through. Complaints were not followed up on. Low employee morale and lack of appreciation for good work.
