Untrustworthy leadership. Several times there would be a commitment for improvements and they never followed through. Complaints were not followed up on. Low employee morale and lack of appreciation for good work.

Always being negative about my perfomance eventhough on disbursmets, applications, customer service, loomis my performance was exceptional comsidering I am new
I know that i am on the lower tier for my position and the annual raises are not sufficient to make up that gap
I do feel under valued. Some mangers low ball you on hourly pay when you become STL only because you already work at the company and they asume you are only worth a small increase unl like new STL who are hired from the outside get offered a much higher rate of pay when they are not as knowledgeable
