What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the added bonus payout as well as RSU eligibility. It's nice to have sums of money do to big projects, etc. It's hard to save up large amounts otherwise.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency and approachability is so appreciated! I love their energy and passion for our work. I also like the 'let's get it done' attitude, not one of finger pointing or blaming. Organon is refreshing and I love working here!
