They are very available and open for contact with different hierarchy.

To be more open with new people that is coming from outside.

I was informed to be out of band. Having compensation as my perrs according to my performance.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less bureocracy and people wanting to change, challenging status quo and bringing new hires from other companies.
