Transparent, simple communication and an approachable culture they try to maintain. This makes our structure simple and flat

If my job is giving me new challenges and maintains a clear, consistent strategy/time to achieve the same
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that everybody is valued as a founder and give their inputs towards the betterment of the organisation
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay scale compared to the industry is underwhelming. Perks are very less. The variable component is very high in the overall CTC which might need not be the case for non-Sales jobs. Overall our pay is atleast 30% lesser than the industry average. The above mentioned atleast applies to India
