Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i was hired into a position that was a step below where i shouldve been hired into based upon my experience. I take on a workload similar to that of people one to two steps above me. if i were to get promoted to where i should be, i would get the compensation boost i need to be in line with my duty
