What is the best part about your compensation package?
The paternity leave of 16 weeks, the 13th month of salary, and the coverage of expenses like the half fair card for train and bus transportation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable and seem to be genuine when delivering a message to the community. Also, they have established ways to maintain constant communication and presence in other parts of the world besides the U.S.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very open and honest and they make the atmosphere comfortable to speak up and share my thoughts. They are also very helpful, collaborative and understanding. They don't keep important information for their own and rather share things that are important for the rest of the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility that it gives me to work from home or the office, depending on my workload and personal preferences. Also, the fact that my manager allows me to work on my duties and tasks without close supervision but the option to reach out and seek guidance when needed.
