Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's important to align the compensation to the level of responsibilities, our contribution and decision making expectations. All levels in the organization should be included in the longterm incentive program / stock options as we are all founders to this company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their human element and interpersonal skills. They are level headed, strong communicators but importantly, takes time for the people. Pausing away from corporate voice to make a joke, demonstrates a healthy leadership who can relate to the team. Great attributes and very enlightening to see.
