The crushing amount of work that needs to get done
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the accessibility of the ELT, everyone seems invested and is seeking honest feedback.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Within my organization there seems to be a lot a talk about "change management" but I have yet to see the pull through of those discussions. We need to be better at not letting process drive the business. Still understaffed in important areas without a light at the end of the tunnel.
