Overall I guess that I'm happy inside company. I'm missing deeper description of what will be next steps and with current strategy what will happen with some functions which will not be needed in future probably.

Benefit points in Cafeteria which I can use for buying in drug store and improve my and my family health.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better communicate strategy, be specific in next steps and share impact to people around. Some strategy is happening but some people are not invited into implementation and there is unclear future for them.
