What do you like best about the leadership team?
REAL people! Transparent, supportive and true experts in their leadership abilities. I feel like Organon is right on track with the right people leading the way!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This is my first time being not SIP, being in a new role since Organon was founded. So I am not truly able to answer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Real!! Everyone I have come into contact with has been Real. Hard working real people who genuinely care about what they do and helping the end user, whether it be HCP or patient.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part everyone is genuine, supportive and willing to help at the drop of a hat!! I work on a team with some really capable people, who I really respect and learn from!
