Being a part of a startup. We are more flexible than we've ever been.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Aligning my salary to others in the same role across the market. With pension/retirement changes by going to Organon, along with the limited resources we have as a start up, it would make more sense to adjust salaries accordingly to entice current employees to stay. Not Merck, and no pension.
