that we are fighting hierarchies and that is becomes more important what is being said instead of who says it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
in comparison to other companies within pharma and with a comparabe size, I am at least one level below and therefore have a lower basic salary and lower bonus, LTIs etc
