Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is little recognition for those who supported the Projects for Spin-off. With all the work involved to stand up the company, we are now advised that there is no differentiation in performance rating and AIP. Everyone is compensated the same way. This is disappointing.
