The fact that it's a new company where you can shape and build up something from the scratch. I am the only responsible person for my area so I can realise my ideas and decisions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Easy to reach, open for new ideas, less formal, experimenting, young/new to the role, so many of them really try to avoid mistakes the experienced by their own managers, try to walk the talk, open minded/modern way of thinking
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the people came here to take the chance, creating something new and better. So there is this intrinsic motivation to making this new company successful by trying to avoid past mistakes observed and experimenting with new ways of working.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some need to learn a lot in their field, as they are new to the role. Some others have old fashioned, biased mindset, which does not match the company culture and goals. Others are really good and motivated, so I get motivated even more when working with them.
