It has been very positive. There is a lot to do and I worry about burn out. Employees are dedicated but coming from Merck and the constant pressure over the period leading to the separation and post separation activities can lead to burn out...

Making a difference by helping my team and my working groups achieve their goals (or at least making progress)....
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all starting out new, inquisitive, starting with the basics because people, roles, processes are different. There is appreciation of each other and the value they bring to their roles and working groups.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Looking to bring in new talent into the organization is a challenge. I am happy with my compensation but looking to hire new team members, their asking starting salary is much higher than what I (or my manager) make. Organon is offering undervalued salary it's current employee & new talent?
