in general invested flexible colleagues that do their best to help also when the tasks are not in their job description.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I feel that I make a difference for a patient or HCP and get feedback that Organon is not like "an ordinary pharmaceutical company"
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have all chosen to step into a new company and I think most of us feel very invested to create a working atmosphere that we enjoy. People are in general flexible, willing to help and walk that extra mile for a colleague
