- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I felt undervalued because the president of the company assured me of a higher starting pay rate than what I was offered in my contract. When I inquired about this discrepancy, they used my lack of non-freelance as the reason.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I'm not a yes-man. That's what they want. If we were trained better to how their system actually works, and actually held people in management accountable and not point the blame at the lower level positions, this company may actually get somewhere
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to bring in experienced people that know how to run a business and more importantly, TRUST them. The management here will be the cause for the inevitable crash and burn if they don't start organizing themselves and know what they want and how to deliver it
