Osmosis has been an incredible environment thus far. From day one, I have felt supported and cared for by my fellow teammates. Every week is a new challenge, but I've never been afraid because everyone is open to answering questions and helping each other out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay and/or 401k matching would be very appreciated and would match the current market more appropriately.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so passionate about supporting our learners, but beyond that, are passionate about spreading joy to one another and making each other's days.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is constantly looking for ways to bring us all together as a group, and support our learners and employees alike in what we work on for the future.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team truly cares about each other - we stay involved in each other's lives. We work hard to understand each other and to make work easier for all of us.
What makes you most happy at work?
Meeting with my team and providing support to each other throughout the day - plus the bonus events that are hosted, such as Tea on Tuesdays, where we have the opportunity to chat with employees that we otherwise may not have the time to do so with.
