I started as an OMEF where I led events and wrote blogs, fell in love with the environment and the people, later became a regional lead,er and had the opportunity to share their values even further and help others develop as I got to.

Coming up with new ideas, seeing them bloom into real projects, working with people from all over the world

They are always always open to new ideas, they try to make time for everyone and create a positive group dynamic
