STRONG focus on connections, celebrating personal milestones, being there for one another. Very cool and authentic.

I get to solve interesting technical problems with people who are way smarter than I am

I feel like the company's value set grew organically out of their own internal values, and that's powerful.

It's clear that the value set at Osmosis comes from how the leadership team strives to live life. There's no replacement for how inspiring that can be.

We are a focused group that cares a whole lot about being top-notch at what we do, and we also share a crazy-wide swath of variegated interests that come together in a stew of awesome.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is filled to the brim with some of the brightest, most talented people I've ever known. They're all outstanding at what they do, and also bring a huge range of non-work talents and interests that enrich the experience of working here.
