What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is completely open to hearing the thoughts and opinions of employees. They respect our expertises and trust that we will make the best decisions possible. It is really refreshing to feel so valued.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work is aligned with what I feel like my skills are. My supervisors are always on the lookout for work that can fit my particular expertise and utilize my skills most effectively. The work is challenging, rewarding, and plentiful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are weekly, if not daily, routines that allow us all to express appreciation for each other. Everyone starts their interactions with each other on a personal note, rather than simply passing along or requesting information. It feels like a family.
