It's been an unbelievable 6 year ride so far. Its been impressive to watch a small startup scale to the size it is now and still retain the amazingly caring, supportive, and innovative culture that drew me to it all those years ago. Osmosis encourages life-long learning. That means giving us the space to make mistakes and learn from them. This also results in highly innovative solutions and its hard to explain how amazing it is to be a part of that environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadership and team have some very impressive educational accolades, but I've never once felt that my voice wasn't heard and in fact they make my input feel valued even though I don't have any cool abbreviations after my name.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Every company out there has a vision. Most have a mission statement and the good ones have written out their values. However, those are just words on paper that you usually only see during onboarding and then you quickly forget. Osmosis is the real deal. Our values are our life-blood and it shows.
