Standard benefits: health, dental vision, Personal Time Off (accrued by tenure), 401K match, EAP, etc. Worth noting; the healthcare benefits (and employee perks) are below standard for Austin, TX due to the large influx of tech companies (start-ups and well established corporations).
What's the company culture like at Ottobock?
It depends on which office you work in (Salt Lake City, Austin, Burlington, CAN..etc.) Everyone's experience differs but from personal experience from working in the Austin office: its either love or hate being there. Culture is not consistent within the company and for some, can be described as toxic. Reviews on Glassdoor are very much accurate.
