    Its pretty standard for companies where you accrue PTO (versus leave being bucketed: sick time, personal days, vacation time). Standard company holidays and 3 floating days per year.

    Standard benefits: health, dental vision, Personal Time Off (accrued by tenure), 401K match, EAP, etc. Worth noting; the healthcare benefits (and employee perks) are below standard for Austin, TX due to the large influx of tech companies (start-ups and well established corporations).

  • It depends on which office you work in (Salt Lake City, Austin, Burlington, CAN..etc.) Everyone's experience differs but from personal experience from working in the Austin office: its either love or hate being there. Culture is not consistent within the company and for some, can be described as toxic. Reviews on Glassdoor are very much accurate.
