What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair pay, decent benefits. Good people to work with

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They keep cutting our benefits every year. Our health insurance premiums keep going up, but we get less and less. They used to give out merit based increases every year, but haven't for the last 2 years and won't be this year either. We used to get quarterly bonuses, but they took those away, too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone seems to believe in the best of each other.
Most of my co-workers are hard working, fun people. There are a few bad apples, but that's true for any workplace.

Yes very positive of the work
We help people along a significant journey in their lives.
Great offices. Nice people. Positive impact
The best thing is you can pick when to take your lunch and breaks. You can earn good PTO but only after you have put in 5+ years.
The co-workers are the most positive aspect.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Benefits are getting worse every year. Health insurance premiums are going up, but we get less coverage. They're doing less for the hourly employees, but the higher ups are getting bigger bonuses. They need to start caring about all of the employees equally.
