The benefits get worse every year and the pay is not competitive. There's very little room for advancement. The PTO is good and there are some really good people who work there.
What makes you most happy at work?
A great sense of purpose.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My supervisor and manager are great for the most part.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my co-workers are hard working, fun people. There are a few bad apples, but that's true for any workplace.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They keep cutting our benefits every year. Our health insurance premiums keep going up, but we get less and less. They used to give out merit based increases every year, but haven't for the last 2 years and won't be this year either. We used to get quarterly bonuses, but they took those away, too.
