BOA CLOSURE SYSTEM IS VERY WEAK and it need an improvement . The locking plastic part on innerside of BOA breaks as it's brittle in nature and very small size . In a BOA belt ,the closure system have been broken for thrice and again we have ordered it today at Raipur centre.

The benefits get worse every year and the pay is not competitive. There's very little room for advancement. The PTO is good and there are some really good people who work there.
