I hope I don't sound redundant when I say support. There is great comraderie in my office.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team in my office is beyond exceptional. They are patient, understanding, and supportive, and they are the best bosses I've had the privilege of working with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice to get extra pay with extra responsibilities. I'm a fan of always going above and beyond in my profession, but I don't want to be taken advantage of for it. Some people are being asked to do several jobs without being offered compensation. HOWEVER, I do really love working here.
