I am the founder, owner and CEO of the PACE Staffing Network, an award winning professional recruiting and temporary staffing company headquartered in Bellevue Washington. With over 4 decades of making the right connections between Northwest employers and employees we're known for our up close and personal services - ranking us in the top 2% of staffing companies nationwide. After all these years, I still love what I do, which brings a special energy to our "make a difference" mission. While my role in the company has evolved into more of a consulting role - internally and with my PACE customers - I still get a thrill from finding one more way to help employer's tackle their staffing challenges, while making sure we are positively impacting the lives of the candidates we represent.
