Our Employee Services team here at PACE can assist internal and field employees with any issues and can be contacted at 425-637-3301 or [email protected].
We have a dedicated Employee Services function....to handle all HR issues. It is staffed by several members of our team, but we have an SHRM certified employee on our staff who guides the team.

We work with our employees to create schedules that accommodate personal needs and commute times in addition to fulfilling our business needs while instilling clear expectations of work/life balance.
Hours of work are based on the employee's commute and our business needs.

Our Vacation/PTO policy is dependent on how many years an employee has been working for PACE, your recruiter will let you know how many Vacation/PTO days per year you will receive prior to a job offer.
We provide 4 floating vacation days each year. 2 weeks after one year. 3 weeks after five years.

Yes.....we make sure all of our candidates pass each client's on-boarding requirements.
