  • We have a dedicated Employee Services function....to handle all HR issues. It is staffed by several members of our team, but we have an SHRM certified employee on our staff who guides the team.

Our Vacation/PTO policy is dependent on how many years an employee has been working for PACE, your recruiter will let you know how many Vacation/PTO days per year you will receive prior to a job offer.

  • We provide 4 floating vacation days each year. 2 weeks after one year. 3 weeks after five years.
