What needs to change to make the company culture better?The sign about keeping voices quiet should be either observed by everyone, or taken down if it's there as some kind of sarcastic joke.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?I think that if there where more donuts at work, it would improve our company culture.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?A lot of noisy talk about things that are not going smoothly; people could discuss them more privately and discretely. Also ther is one last piece of software that I need installed by IT admin so I can do my job at my own desk instead of using shared equipment. I've been waiting five weeks for it.
