high willingness to listen to feedback and they really take the time to get to know you

The leadership team should be focused on creating a valuable business that will withstand the test of time, not looking momentary bumps in the stock price so that they can unload their shares and cash out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits seem nice
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is average and bonuses are paid in additional stock that vests over years. You'll be waiting a minimum of two years to receive your full bonus.

Hr supported me all the way through, even scheduling checkins just to see how i was doing.
