What did you like most about the interview process?Sessions are empathetically constructed but have rigorous and clear rubrics -- interviews aim for fairly objective criteria and we have many trainings and processes to continually reduce and eliminate sources of bias
What makes you most happy at work?Seeing new product launches not just catch on, but drive impact in education -- we have "#loveletters" slack channel with notes from students and educators about the positive impact our work has on them
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?People are often going through things outside as well as inside of their work, especially (but not only) since COVID. Panorama folks are comfortable saying "I'm low on spoons today" and people know that this isn't the time for a high stress interaction and will demonstrate care
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Partly due to a laudable and admirable focus on equitable comp practices, Panorama sometimes struggles to provide additional comp or equity to the highest impact individuals in any given role
